Welcome to CareerAira. These Terms of Use apply to digital products, learning resources and related services purchased or accessed through the CareerAira Payhip store.

By purchasing, downloading or using CareerAira materials, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Digital Products

CareerAira provides downloadable digital educational and professional-development resources.

No physical product will be shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

Digital access is normally provided electronically after successful payment through the checkout and delivery systems used by the CareerAira store.

2. Personal-Use Licence

When you purchase a CareerAira digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the purchased materials for your own learning and professional development.

Ownership of the intellectual property does not transfer to the purchaser.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• download purchased materials for your personal use;
• use the materials for your own learning and professional development;
• print reasonable copies for your personal study;
• adapt sample phrases, templates and examples for your own genuine professional circumstances; and
• use the resources as a personal reference while practising workplace, interview or career communication.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• share purchased files or download links with other persons;
• redistribute, publish or upload the materials publicly;
• resell or sublicense CareerAira materials;
• substantially reproduce CareerAira materials in another commercial product;
• remove or deliberately bypass digital protection or buyer-identification measures;
• claim CareerAira content as your own original work;
• use one purchase to provide access to a group, organisation, class or business unless CareerAira has expressly authorised such use; or
• use CareerAira materials for unlawful purposes.

If organisational, classroom or commercial licensing is required, please contact CareerAira before using the materials in that manner.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, CareerAira materials, including written content, layouts, exercises, templates, learning frameworks, graphics and other original content, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The CareerAira name, branding and original materials may not be copied, represented or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.

6. Download Access and Product Protection

Digital purchases may be subject to a limited number of download attempts.

For the current CareerAira digital-product delivery system, individual purchased files may be limited to 2 download attempts.

PDF files may also contain buyer-identification information or other reasonable digital-protection measures intended to discourage unauthorised distribution.

If a genuine purchaser encounters an access problem, CareerAira may review the circumstances and restore access where appropriate.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through the payment services available on the CareerAira Payhip store, including Razorpay where applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout.

CareerAira does not independently store complete card, banking or UPI authentication credentials.

8. Pricing

The price displayed on the product page at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.

CareerAira may change product prices, promotional offers or bundle contents for future purchases without affecting completed purchases unless otherwise required by law.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

CareerAira digital-product purchases are subject to the separately published Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Because downloadable digital content can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once digital access has been provided or the materials have been accessed or downloaded, except where an appropriate refund or other resolution applies.

Where a refund is approved, CareerAira will initiate it within 5–7 business days. Additional processing time may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

10. Educational Purpose

CareerAira resources are provided for educational and professional-development purposes.

CareerAira does not guarantee:

• employment;
• interview selection;
• promotion;
• salary increases;
• examination results;
• specific language proficiency; or
• any particular career or professional outcome.

Results depend on the learner’s individual circumstances, experience, practice, judgement and application of the material.

11. Accuracy and Professional Use

CareerAira makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and practical educational material.

However, examples, templates and guidance should be adapted to the customer’s actual circumstances.

Customers are responsible for checking names, dates, facts, attachments, organisational policies and other important information before sending or using professional communications.

12. AI Tools and Responsible Use

Some CareerAira resources may include optional exercises involving artificial-intelligence tools.

Do not enter confidential employer information, passwords, financial information, customer data, proprietary information, legal information, medical information or other sensitive information into public AI systems.

AI tools should be used for practice, role-play, drafting assistance and feedback—not for inventing qualifications, achievements, work experience or facts.

Third-party AI services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Third-Party Services

CareerAira may use third-party platforms and service providers, including Payhip, Razorpay, email providers and technology services, to operate the store, process transactions and deliver products.

Those providers operate under their own terms, policies and service conditions.

CareerAira is not responsible for outages or independent actions of third-party providers beyond CareerAira’s reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CareerAira is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from a customer’s use or misuse of the educational materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

15. Privacy

Use of personal information connected with CareerAira purchases and support interactions is governed by the separately published Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

CareerAira may update these Terms of Use when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in products, business practices, technology, legal requirements or service providers.

The latest published version will apply to future use of the CareerAira store and future purchases, subject to applicable law.

17. Applicable Law

These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws of India.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the competent jurisdiction determined under applicable law.
