Return and Refund Policy


1. Digital Products (eBooks) Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks and digital downloads are considered final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been accessed or the file delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Exceptions for Digital Goods We want you to be happy with your purchase. Refunds or replacements for digital products will be considered at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same title twice.

  • Technical Issues: If the file is corrupted or you are unable to access the content after seeking technical support from us.
  • Incorrect Product: If you were sent a different file than the one you purchased.


3. Physical Products (if applicable) If you have purchased a physical item (such as a signed paperback) and it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please include a photo of the damage in your email.
