Trust me, I've been where you are. For over 9 years I've run a creative product business. I had so many dreams and plans, but any time I would try to move forward with actions my self-doubt would jump in, I would find myself procrastinating on anything that felt hard and in the end, I would stay stuck. I just didn't believe that I was the type of person who was capable to running a really successful business. Through a mixture of coaching, experimenting and a whole lot of gentleness with myself, I have learned how to thank my self-doubt for its protection and take the actions to grow as a person and a business owner.
