Chaddy's Store Terms & Conditions

1.1: Purchasing

1) We reserve the right to refuse sale for any reason we see fit;

2) We can ask you to remove our products from your inventory if we feel it is appropriate to do so;

3) We reserve the right to remove the permission of any client for any valid or appropriate reason;

4) Products can only be purchased from Chaddy's Store only, they cannot be bought from resellers as this goes against our terms;

5) Once the product is purchased, this asset is your responsibility, if said asset gets leaked and the leak gets traced back to your account, appropriate action will be taken;

6) We reserve the right to complete any checks on the client before purchasing.

7) You may not redistibute or re-sell Chaddy's Store products on any platform to anyone, If caught, Your access for all exising products will be revoked and company wide bans will be enforced.

1.2: Refunds

1) Refunds are not guarenteed, when creating a refund request, if valid reasoning is given towards said refund, You may be given a partial amount to what you paid for the product.

2) We reserve the right to deny or accept the refund if we feel it is the appropriate action to take.

3) To organise a refund, the client must create a ticket through our discord server.

1.3: Editing Products

1) You may not use any part of Chaddy's Store products on products made by different companies.

2) Editing Chaddy's Store products doesnt not give you the right to redistribute products, action 1.1.7 will be enforced if caught upon the act.

1.4: Product Uses

1) Products must not be leaked, made free, redistributed, resold or traded with any other products from Chaddy's Store or other companies.
