All digital product sales are final.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, no refunds or exchanges are offered under any circumstances.

🧵 MADE-TO-ORDER APPAREL (Hoodies, Crewnecks, Journals, Mugs, etc.)

All physical apparel and lifestyle items are made to order just for you.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Choosing the wrong color
  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

This ensures your item is printed fresh and shipped directly to you — no warehouse stock, no used returns, no recycled items.


🛠️ If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

We will gladly replace or refund any order that arrives with:

  • Misprints
  • Defects or damage
  • Incorrect item received
  • Items lost in transit

To start a replacement request, please email:

with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A photo of the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


📦 Lost Packages

If your package is lost or does not arrive, please contact us and we’ll open a support claim to send a replacement at no cost to you.


⏳ Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production, as each item is printed and created individually per order.
