EVENTS: YOU CAN GET A EVENT REFUND IF YOUR EVENT WAS RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED

1. An event has been cancelled or rescheduled.
2. If the event has been cancelled, we’ll send you a text to let you know, and automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method – no refund request required.
3. If an event organiser reschedules an event and you can’t make the new date, just request a refund, and we’ll send you back your money.
4. The event organiser explicitly tells us to refund your tickets.

In each of these scenarios, we’ll refund the full cost to your original payment method, and the money should hit your account in five to 10 working days.

If you decide you don’t want to go to an event anymore, or something gets in the way of you attending, we’re afraid we won’t be able to offer you a refund. In that case, why not use our send to a friend function to make someone’s day?
