The Ledger Says: IT IS ALREADY DONE

A Thanksgiving Record of the “Yes, Lord”

There are moments when you realize you are not simply having a conversation with God.

You are watching something unfold.

During a recent livestream, I began by singing “Yes, Lord” and asking the Lord to birth a fresh “Yes, Lord” in the hearts of His people throughout the earth.

I wasn’t trying to create a message.

I wasn’t following a script.

I was simply flowing with Him.

And then came the Scriptures.

First, I was reading about the 3,000 souls who were saved in one day in Acts 2.

Then, almost randomly, my attention was drawn to 1 Chronicles 29:4, where the number 3,000 appeared again—this time connected to the gold David gave toward the building of the Temple.

3,000.

Again.

That caught my attention.

Then the stream continued.

I was led to John 21:15–17, where Jesus asked Peter three times, “Do you love me?” and Peter responded, “Yes, Lord.”

From there came Matthew 6:31–33:

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

And then came the phrase that became the heartbeat of the entire stream:

“Do it again.”

Not because I believe we can manufacture another Pentecost.

Not because numbers are the goal.

Not because I am trying to predict what God will do.

But because Scripture gives us a testimony of what happened when the Holy Spirit moved, Peter preached, and 3,000 souls were added in one day.

And my response was simple:

Lord, do it again.

But something shifted in me.

I realized I didn’t want to spend my time asking God for something I believe He has already purposed to do.

I want to thank Him in advance.

THE POSTURE HAS CHANGED

There is a difference between praying:

“Lord, will You do it?”

and praying:

“Thank You, Lord, because You are doing it.”

One looks forward in expectation.

The other looks from a place of faith that says:

“I believe You.”

So this is not my petition.

This is my thanksgiving record.

This is what I am choosing to write in The Prophetic Ledger.

📖 THANK YOU, LORD, FOR THE YES

Thank You, Lord, for every heart that will say:

Yes, Lord.

Not merely with their lips, but with their lives.

Thank You for the fresh surrender You are working in Your people.

Thank You for hearts that are becoming willing again.

Thank You for those who will hear Your voice and obey.

Thank You for the Yes that has already begun to rise throughout the earth.

We don’t have to manufacture the Yes.

We simply agree with You.

📖 THANK YOU, LORD, FOR THE HARVEST

Thank You for the souls.

Thank You for every son and daughter turning toward You.

Thank You for every prodigal coming home.

Thank You for every hardened heart becoming tender.

Thank You for every person who will encounter Jesus and say:

“Yes, Lord.”

When I saw 3,000 in Acts 2 and then encountered 3,000 again in 1 Chronicles 29, I couldn’t ignore the connection that stood out to me.

One passage spoke of souls.

The other spoke of treasure given toward God’s house.

And I was reminded:

What Heaven values cannot always be measured by earthly currency.

Souls matter.

People matter.

Lives transformed by Jesus matter.

So, Lord, thank You for the harvest.

The harvest belongs to You.

📖 THANK YOU, LORD, FOR “DO IT AGAIN”

Thank You for the testimony of Scripture.

Thank You for what You have already done.

Thank You for Pentecost.

Thank You for Peter.

Thank You for the Holy Spirit.

Thank You that You are still God.

And thank You that I don’t have to recreate what You did.

I only need to remain surrendered to what You are doing now.

So my prayer becomes:

“Lord, do it again—according to Your will, by Your Spirit, and for Your glory.”

And then I rest.

📖 THANK YOU, LORD, FOR THE HOLY SPIRIT

The Lord spoke something very clearly during the livestream:

“I will birth out a fresh Yes, Lord. I will do it by My Spirit.”

That changed the posture of the moment.

Because if He does it by His Spirit, then I don’t have to carry what only He can carry.

I don’t have to manipulate.

I don’t have to force.

I don’t have to manufacture results.

I don’t have to chase numbers.

The Spirit of God does the work of God.

My assignment is to hear.

To obey.

To remain available.

To say:

Yes, Lord.

📖 THANK YOU, LORD, FOR THE ANCHOR

Then came Matthew 6:31–33.

Seek first the Kingdom.

There it was again.

The instruction was not:

Watch the numbers.

It was not:

Worry about the provision.

It was not:

Figure everything out.

It was:

Seek first the Kingdom of God.

So that’s what I’m doing.

The numbers belong to God.

The harvest belongs to God.

The provision belongs to God.

The timing belongs to God.

The outcome belongs to God.

My yes belongs to me.

And I give it freely.

THE LEDGER IS A RECORD OF THANKSGIVING

I call this The Prophetic Ledger because I believe there is something powerful about writing down what God highlights.

Not to elevate ourselves.

Not to prove ourselves right.

Not to force an interpretation.

But to remember.

To record.

To watch.

To pray.

To discern.

And to give God glory.

Sometimes we write because we are waiting.

Sometimes we write because we are watching.

And sometimes we write because we believe:

IT IS ALREADY DONE.

SO I WILL SAY THANK YOU BEFORE I SEE IT

Thank You, Lord, for the fresh Yes.

Thank You for the hearts turning toward You.

Thank You for the souls being drawn to Jesus.

Thank You for the prodigals coming home.

Thank You for the harvest.

Thank You for the Holy Spirit moving according to Your will.

Thank You for every person who will hear and obey.

Thank You for provision without distraction.

Thank You for Kingdom alignment.

Thank You for keeping our eyes on You.

Thank You for what You have already established.

Thank You for what You are doing that I cannot yet see.

Thank You for what You are doing beyond what I could ask or imagine.

And thank You that I don’t have to make it happen.

You are God.

I am Yours.

My answer is Yes, Lord.

And because I believe You, I can say it now:

THANK YOU.

THANK YOU.

THANK YOU.

It is already done.

Not because I control the outcome.

But because I trust the One who does.

A Final Word for the Reader

Maybe your “3,000” isn’t a number.

Maybe it represents something God has been highlighting to you.

Maybe you’re waiting for a prodigal.

A promise.

A healing in a relationship.

A door.

A provision.

A dream.

A ministry assignment.

A fresh beginning.

Whatever it is, perhaps today you can change your posture.

Instead of continually asking:

“When?”

Try sitting in His presence and saying:

“Thank You.”

Thank Him before the evidence appears.

Thank Him while you are still waiting.

Thank Him because He is still God.

And when you don’t know what to say next—

say what I said at the beginning of my livestream:

YES, LORD.

THE PROPHETIC LEDGER

Recorded in faith. Watched in expectation. Entered with thanksgiving.

The Ledger is open.

The answer is Yes.

The posture is thanksgiving.

And we believe it is already done.
