No Refunds After Download

Please note that due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. This is because digital products, such as plugins, maps, and other tools, can be duplicated and used without any means to return the original item. Therefore, all sales are considered final once a download has been completed.

In some exceptional circumstances, Charon'sGate may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.

By using Charon'sGate and purchasing products through our platform, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that refunds are not possible after a download has been completed, and requests must be raised directly to the author.
