Refunds

As a micro business, we are unable to offer refunds on purchases.

All sales are final, unless your item arrives damaged during shipping.


Replacements for Damaged Items

We only accept returns or offer replacements if an item was damaged in transit.


If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
  • If we confirm the damage occurred during shipping, we’ll send a replacement and provide instructions for returning the damaged item.
