Returns Policy

It's difficult to return a digital item such as an eBook, and it's equally difficult for me to know if the customer has deleted it when requesting a refund.


We've all read books we didn't like, but shops don't typically accept returns based on a customer's taste, and tiny shops even less so.


If your eBook doesn't load or can't be read, please reach out and I will try to assist you with the problem.


If you didn't like the eBook you bought, then maybe the next one will be better, and I can provide customers with a voucher for books in this store. ;-)


My returns policy, therefore, is to solve problems and suggest other books before offering a refund.

Regarding pre-orders. In the event that a pre-order is cancelled, customers will receive a full refund.
