By purchasing any of my avatars, you agree to the following terms:

🔹 Restrictions

• Do not redistribute, share, or resell the avatar files, edited or unedited.
• Do not upload the avatar to other accounts besides your own.
• Do not claim the avatar or its design as your own work.
• Do not use the avatar or any part of it for NFTs, AI datasets, or other exploitative purposes.

🔹 Upload Rules

• Uploads must remain private or friends-only, unless a commercial license is granted.
• You may upload for commission work only if both you and your client own a valid copy of the avatar.

🔹 Refunds & Support

• Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not available once files are downloaded.
• For assistance or re-downloads, please contact me through my listed platforms.

I reserve the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Continued use of my content means you agree to the latest version.

These terms apply to my individual assets such as clothing, accessories, props, and other 3D parts.

• You may modify, retexture, or adapt the asset to fit your avatar or project.

• Do not resell, share, trade, or distribute the original files.
• Do not include my assets in any avatar or project that will be sold without credit or permission.
• Do not use my work for AI training, NFT minting, or any automated dataset collection.
• Do not claim the asset as your own creation, even after editing.

🔹 Credit

• Credit must be clearly provided when assets are used in public, commission, or commercial projects.

🔹 Refunds & Liability

• No refunds are available after file delivery.
• I am not responsible for any issues caused by improper use, editing, or Unity setup errors.

By purchasing, you acknowledge these terms and agree to comply with them. Violations may lead to DMCA or reporting actions.

• Gifting is allowed, but you must enter the recipient’s correct email or username at checkout.
• Do not purchase and share files directly — the product must be delivered through the shop system.
• If gifting, please include a note with the recipient’s Discord tag or VRChat username so the license can be verified.
• Gifted items follow the same license rules as regular purchases.
• Gifting is one-time use only — you cannot reuse the files or keep a copy for yourself unless you purchase another license.
• Fraudulent or “shared” gifting will result in license suspension or ban from future purchases.

Credit is always appreciated when you share, stream, or post your work using my avatars or assets.

If you’d like to include it, a simple note such as “Avatar/Asset by @Churie — https://payhip.com/Churie” is perfect.

Not required for private or personal use, but it helps others find my work and supports future creations.

Please avoid reuploading or claiming the work as your own.

Credit must include my shop or creator name and a link to my store or page.

All products are digital items and remain the intellectual property of the creator.

By purchasing this product, you are purchasing a license to use, not ownership of the files.

Commercial / for-profit use is ONLY permitted with the purchase of a Commercial License.
