We make all our orders from scratch upon purchasing.
If you require personalisation on your product, then fill in the contact us box from the tab at the top of our home page with all your details.
Everything is designed and made by myself in my workshop in the North East of England.

At this present time, we do not ship outside of the UK due to EU regulations.
We are however looking at alternative options to rectify this so please keep checking back for updates.

All our items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Mail. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the item to be made and shipped.
If your item hasn't arrived after 14 days then contact us directly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept refunds on personalised items unless there is a fault with the product.
