Clear Desk AI helps residential roofers recover missed and after-hours enquiries through a managed workflow connected to the roofer’s existing business number.
WHAT THE PILOT DOES
The automated assistant identifies itself, collects only approved job details, checks for urgent safety language, requests an inspection window, and routes unsupported or human-requested cases to the roofing team. It does not create new leads; it helps protect enquiries the business already receives.
WHAT HAS BEEN VERIFIED
The system has passed 134 internal synthetic and sandbox checks with zero failures: 20 roofing conversation scenarios, 19 client-owned-provider controls, 17 buyer-facing proof checks, and 78 core regression tests.
Verified controls include roofing decision logic, electrical and structural danger stops, AI disclosure, opt-out and duplicate prevention, provider eligibility, pause and rollback states, tenant isolation, evidence export, deletion logic, and honest outcome labels.
WHAT IS NOT YET PROVEN
Internal checks are not live customer proof. Carrier-level inbound calling, confirmed transfers, live SMS delivery and STOP receipts, CRM or calendar writes, outage recovery, monitoring, client export and deletion, and restoration of original routing must pass a written acceptance test on the pilot customer’s own provider before production activation.
SAFETY, PRIVACY, AND HUMAN CONTROL
• Audio recording is off by default.
• Any transcript, operational log, or technical artifact must be disclosed in writing with its storage, access, retention, and deletion rules before activation.
• The assistant does not diagnose roof damage, quote final prices, interpret insurance, promise appointments, or guarantee revenue.
• Electrical or structural danger stops normal intake and directs the caller to the approved emergency route.
• A transfer counts as successful only when the provider or destination confirms it; otherwise it becomes a visible manual follow-up.
• The roofer keeps ownership of its number, provider account, billing, pause control, and original routing.
WHO THE PILOT IS FOR
A US residential roofer that already receives enough missed or after-hours enquiries to reasonably expect at least 20 eligible calls during 30 days, controls its business number and provider account, and can provide primary and backup human destinations.
PILOT TERMS
• $995 one-time for 30 days
• One roofing business, one approved number or provider path, and one bounded missed or after-hours workflow
• Written, self-service setup with no sales meeting required
• The client pays its own phone-provider and usage costs directly
• No automatic renewal
• Production activation only after the client-owned provider path passes the written acceptance gate
HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
The evidence threshold is at least 20 eligible inbound calls, at least 90% correct required-field capture, at least one qualified inspection request or confirmed human handoff, and zero unsafe bookings, invented prices, false promises, or serious complaints. Low call volume is reported as insufficient evidence, not success.
