  • All sales are final
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered


Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered and used.


2. What Refunds Are Not Provided For


Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Misunderstanding the product
  • Failure to review product details before purchase

3. Limited Exceptions

  • Duplicate purchase of the same product

We will resolve the issue by:

  • Replacing the file


Refunds may be considered only if the issue cannot be resolved.


4. Unauthorized Purchases


If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact your payment provider directly.


We do not issue refunds for unauthorized transactions.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes


By completing your purchase, you agree:


  • Not to initiate chargebacks without contacting support first
  • That digital delivery constitutes fulfillment


We reserve the right to:


  • Provide proof of access and download logs
  • Dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks
