Digital Products

Covenant Bridge products are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped. After completing a purchase, customers receive access to the digital files associated with that product through Payhip.

Please review the product description carfully before purchasing to make sure the product meets your needs and that you understand the file formats included.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically and access is provided immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once the digital files have been delivered or made available for download.

However, Covenant Bridge wants customers to receive the product they purchased in usable condition. If you experience a technical problem with a file, receive the wrong file, or are unable to access your purchase, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

File Compatibility

Covenant Bridge provides digital products in the file formats described on each product page. Fillable PDF files require a PDF reader or application that supports interactive form fields. Some bult-in browser or mobile PDF viewers may display a fillable PDF without allowing all fields to be edited.

If a fillable PDF does not work correctly in your default viewer, try opening the file in a compatible PDF application such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app or another PDF reader that supports interactive forms.

Download Access

Customers are responsible for downloading and storing their purchased files after access is provided. If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased file, please contact Covenant Bridge through the Contact page so we can assist with reasonable access or delivery issues.
