FAQ
Who are you?
I’m Lark! I’m a 23 year old artist and illustrator from Florida, USA. I have been creating art since I could hold a pencil, and I have been involved in the furry community making fursuits and art for 10 years.
Is this your job?
Yes! I am self-employed, and everything you see here on my site is my career. I am super passionate about my job, and I put the utmost care and love into nurturing and growing my business! I maintain a spectacular track record as a seller, and pride myself on my customer satisfaction rates. Check out my testimonials to hear it from my clients themselves!
Do you take commissions?
I do! My prices can be found on my website, covepalms.com, under the ‘pricing’ tab! Openings for experimental pieces are posted on my telegram ping channel.
How quickly do you work?
My turnaround times vary from 1-4 weeks! Sometimes faster, depending on my current queue workload. I do not offer rush commissions or projects with a deadline, but I will work diligently to get your art finished quickly!
Can I take commissions using your bases?
Most of my base packs come with commercial licenses - meaning you can use them to make money by selling YCH commissions and adoptable designs on! However, some of my free bases require purchase of a commercial license. Always check the listing description to see what kind of license is included!
What is your commission process like?
When you get a commission slot, I will first collect the details from you- your character reference sheet, commission concept and specifications. I will then invoice you for the payment, and once paid I will mark your project paid and begin work. As I work I will update you with WIP photos for you to give input on and approve! Once I complete the art, I will send it via email or telegram and mark the commission complete.
Do you take art trades?
Unfortunately not, art is my full-time job so I rarely have the time to take on non-work related projects.
Do you go to conventions?
Yes! I attend Megaplex in Orlando every year, where you can usually find me selling in Dealer’s Den or Artist Alley. I do attend other cons spontaneously, and will announce them on social media when I do!
