By purchasing any of my digital products, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following Terms of Service.

General

• All products are digital and delivered as files only.
• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
• I reserve the right to update, modify, or remove products from my shop at any time.

Usage

• Purchased products may be used for personal use.
• You may edit the product for personal use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, reupload, share, trade, gift, or leak the files in any form.
• You may not claim my work as your own.
• You may not use my products for hateful, abusive, or illegal content.
• My products (assets) may be used for public avatars unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Redistribution

• My products may not be used as a base for resale.
• Edited versions still count as my original product and may not be redistributed, even if modified.
• You may not take parts from my products and sell or share them separately.
• You may not make my products free, public, or otherwise accessible to others who have not purchased them.

Commercial Use

• Commercial use is not allowed unless a commercial license has been purchased.
• Commercial use is only allowed when the product is used on a finished avatar and not redistributed, resold, or offered as a standalone asset.
• Please contact me beforehand if you are unsure whether your intended use counts as commercial use.

VRChat / Game / Social Use

• Products may be used on VRChat, ChilloutVR and other social VR games.
• Products may be used for personal projects such as renders and social media.
• If you intend to sell merchandise or use my product in commercial content, you must purchase a commercial license first.

Refunds

• Due to the nature of digital files, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered once the files have been downloaded.
• Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Credits

• Credit is mandatory.
• Please link the product page when giving credit.

Violations

• Breaking these terms may result in loss of access to my products, blacklisting from future purchases or commissions, and further action if necessary.

By ordering a commission from me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following Terms of Service.

General

• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
• I will only accept commissions that are within my current skill range and commission scope.
• Commission prices may vary depending on complexity, requested features, and additional edits.
• All communication should remain respectful on both sides throughout the commission process.

Client Responsibility

• The client must provide a clear description of what they want for the commission.
• Visual references are helpful but not required, as long as the commission idea is explained clearly.
• If the client already has specific bases, assets, clothing, accessories, or other items they want me to use, they must provide the correct links.
• The client must clearly state whether they want PC, Quest, Green, SFW, or NSFW versions.
• I do not work with stolen, ripped, leaked, or otherwise unauthorized content.

Assets and Licensing

• Asset costs are not included in the listed commission prices.
• If the commission requires purchased assets, the client must pay the full asset cost upfront so I can obtain the required commission license(s).
• If the client has not selected assets yet, I may choose suitable options and send the planned asset cost together with preview images before continuing.
• Work on the commission will not begin until required asset costs and the down payment have been received.

Payment

• Payment is split into two stages.
• Before I begin, the client must pay the full cost of any required assets as well as a 100€ down payment.
• The remaining balance must be paid once the commission is completed and before any final files are delivered.
• I currently only accept payment through PayPal: @ThatLixBish
• Final files will not be sent until full payment has been received.

Revisions

• The number of included revisions depends on the selected commission package.
• Revisions are intended for small adjustments and corrections during the commission process.
• Major design changes, additional work, or changes outside the originally agreed scope may require an additional fee.
• Once a design direction or concept has been approved, larger later changes may not be possible without extra cost.

Work Process

• For packages that include design planning, I will first create a sketch or moodboard for approval before starting the main commission work.
• Turnaround time may vary depending on complexity, queue, workload, health, and real-life circumstances.
• Any provided time estimate is not a guarantee, but I will do my best to keep the client updated.

Rush Orders

• Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee if my schedule allows it.
• Rush fees are usually charged as an extra 25% to 50% of the final commission price depending on deadline and complexity.
• I reserve the right to refuse rush orders.

Delivery

• Finished commissions are delivered digitally.
• Depending on the order, delivery includes the Blender files, an upload-ready avatar, and Quest and/or Green versions if purchased.
• Final delivery only happens after the full payment has been completed.

Uploads

• If the client wants to upload the avatar to their own VRChat account, they are responsible for having Unity and all required dependencies installed.
• If requested, I can upload the avatar to the client’s VRChat account for them.
• If I am asked to upload the avatar for the client, I will need the necessary login details.
• The client is responsible for making sure any provided account information is correct.

Refunds and Cancellations

• No refunds will be given for purchased assets or commission licenses once they have been bought.
• The 100€ down payment is non-refundable once I have started working on the commission.
• If the client cancels the commission before work has started, the down payment may be discussed depending on the situation, but purchased asset costs remain non-refundable.
• If the client stops responding for an extended period of time (30 days or more without prior notice) or otherwise prevents the commission from continuing, I reserve the right to cancel the commission without refund for completed work, down payment, or purchased assets.
• If I must cancel a commission myself before substantial work has been completed, I may refund the down payment excluding already purchased asset costs.

Private and Exclusive Commissions

• Private commissions are available for an additional fee.
• A private commission means the finished work will not be shown publicly in my portfolio, commission sheet, social media, or other public examples.
• Private commissions usually cost an additional +25% of the final commission price.

• Exclusive rights / buyout commissions are priced separately.
• This type of commission includes significantly higher fees because it limits my ability to reuse, display, or resell the work in the future.
• Exclusive rights / buyout commissions usually start at 2x the final base price, depending on the intended use and how many rights are being transferred.
• Even in exclusive rights / buyout commissions, I still retain authorship of the work and the client may not claim that they created it themselves.
• Private or exclusive commissions must be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Usage

• Commissioned work is for personal use unless stated otherwise.
• The client may not claim my work as their own.
• The client may not resell, redistribute, or commercially reuse the finished commission or included files unless I have given explicit permission beforehand.
• I retain the right to show commissioned work in my portfolio, commission sheet, social media, or other public examples unless private or exclusive terms have been agreed upon beforehand.

Agreement

By ordering a commission from me, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
