What changed?
I went from creating rigid tutorial videos to creating relaxed, laid back outdoor videos.
So instead of sitting in my bedroom or office, I would go outside, take a five minute walk, and talk about personal development and making money online.
I enjoyed every minute of it.
People who watched my 30-day challenge videos said:
“I really enjoy your laid back approach to content creation”
“Your videos are authentic and relatable”
“Don’t stop making walking videos, I really enjoy these.”
So, the one change I made throughout my 30-day challenge was to focus on authenticity over perfection.
I was able to remain consistent because I focused on being myself instead of trying to live up to this serious character that I created for myself.
This challenge made me realize that I’m a spontaneous, conscious creator. I like to express myself in an unplanned, authentic way. Although, I do still plan my content and post some indoor, more polished content, I enjoy my laid back, outdoor videos the most.
Create from the soul, be flexible, and stop overthinking the content creation process.
