If the email does not arrive within 10 minutes of your purchase, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

Orders placed here are fulfilled by a network of independent printers in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia.
Because each book is printed to order by small firms rather than mass-distributed from a warehouse, delivery is a little slower. However, the print quality is excellent, and your purchase directly sustains an independent ecosystem for authors and printers alike.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK, US, Canada, Australia: 7-10 working days (printed and shipped locally).
- EU: 10–12 working days (printed in the UK or EU and shipped via standard courier).
- Rest of world: 10–15 working days, depending on location and customs.

At the moment, my books are available in paperback and eBook (EPUB) editions only. You can read the eBook on a tablet, phone, or computer using any standard reading app — most devices already have one built in.
Digital printables like my grammar and vocabulary resources, are available as PDF downloads. They are designed for easy printing at home.

Paperback and hardback editions are printed individually for each order so, unfortunately, returns aren’t accepted. eBooks are non-refundable once downloaded.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact me and I’ll arrange a replacement.
