About me

Hi, I’m Torie Crumbley, the founder of Crunchy Crumbs.

I’m a Registered Cardiovascular Specialist, Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, women’s gut health coach, and a mom of two toddlers who is deeply passionate about protecting my family from harmful ingredients in our food.

After struggling with my own health challenges, I began learning how much the ingredients in our food and everyday lifestyle choices can impact the body. What started as a personal journey to help my own family quickly grew into a passion for helping other women do the same.

Today, I help women better understand what’s in their food, support their gut health, and make simple lifestyle changes that help them feel calmer, more energized, and more present with their families.

I also created The Ingredient Reset Guide to help families learn how to read ingredient labels, avoid hidden additives, and confidently make healthier choices at the grocery store.

My mission is simple: to help women take back their health and create healthier homes for the people they love most.

Today’s food is often highly processed, bioengineered, and packed with filler ingredients that may be playing a major role in the rise of illness and gut issues. Most people don’t realize the harm these ingredients can cause because they’ve never been taught what to look for. That’s exactly why I created this guide—to break down what common ingredients really mean and show you how to properly read food labels so you can make healthier, more informed choices for your family.
