About Me
Hey! My name is Andrea Cruz Alegria, but I go by Annie.
I have always had a passion for creation. From a very young age, I have been making and crafting things, and this has only grown with time. I have taught myself a variety of artistic skills from online platforms such as Udemy and Domestika, as well as video tutorials from some of my favourite artists!
My enthusiasm for creating has only grown over the years, and I invite you to join me on my journey to becoming a better artist.
Terms and Conditions
General Terms
- Custom orders may be rejected for any reason.
I am a full-time student, and this limits my capacity to complete orders. They may be delayed or rejected.
Revisions
You may ask for revisions for your custom order. This is to ensure it's how you envisioned your order.
Illustrations revisions: rough draft, mid-process and the final piece.
Craft revisions: mid-process and final piece.
I will not accept big changes on the final piece if you already approved the version before.
Process and Delivery
Time of Completion
The time it takes to finish your order varies. It usually takes around 1-2 weeks.
Purchase and Delivery
Once a custom order is finished, I will provide you with a private link.
This link takes you to my products page. It allows you to click buy, and input your coupon code, and shipping information. After your purchase, the item will become public (unless you pay an extra fee of 10 CHF)
Copyright & Usage
I, Andrea Cruz:
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications.
You, the customer:
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
- You may NOT make profits or revenue from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, make prints, etc.)
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. This means making money off the art in any way not excluded from these terms.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.
