Have you used your exclusive wallpapers well? I crafted them just for the Cadaver Cache. This image is but a tease for those who have yet to commit. It pays homage to Haunting the Home Team. Is it a coincidence that every time I attend a game, the home team loses? Or does the soft footfalls of an undead crossing the threshold cause the team to falter?
While I pondered this, the crypt demanded an offering. The Crimson Tithe was slick, red, & necessary to keep the crypt appeased. Small offerings are necessary when the walls thrum with energy & barely contained malice. While the crypt welcomes all, it doesn't hesitate to close its doors when provoked.
After washing the slick juices off my skin, I decided a brief trip was warranted. Following the sounds of water, I arrived at a crossroads. A ribbon of water stretched before me at the bottom of the stairs I stood on & land back the way I came. Indecision swirled as I faltered. The water swiftly flowed below me, but the land behind was well-trodden. Should I take comfort in the familiar or risk the unknown? Join me in my indecision on the Steps of the Pale.
