In the rare cases a gifting section is nonexistent, you can join my server after purchasing and create a ticket letting me know the intentions of the purchase, so nothing gets mixed up <3

As of right now, no my avatars are not quest compatible but i do plan on making them quest comp later down the line!

Yes, I can & will do uploads to your account free of charge. However, I will not be responsible for edits or modifications to the Avi. If you would like an upload, you will be getting the default Avi & if you would like to have any custom edits done, you will need to do them yourself.

Overall answer to this would be no, the only acceptation is if the second party (friend) had also purchased and downloaded my Avi directly from my shops only then would i allow a separate party upload. Besides that, It would be consider leaking and i do not allow nor support that!
