Each product I sell has a Terms of Use (TOU) section on the product page. Please ensure that you follow the specific rules listed for that particular item. This page serves as a general overview of my overall Terms of Use, a reference to help you understand my standard rules if you’re ever unsure
These Terms of Use apply to all digital products created and sold by Cupp / Cupp Digital, including VRChat avatars, avatar assets, and standalone assets.
- ⚠️By purchasing, downloading, or using any of my products, you agree to these terms.
- 🚨Please note that the Terms of Use may be updated at any time, and major changes will be announced through my Discord or store page.
- ❗Violations of these terms may result in loss of usage rights and bans from future purchases
Avatars ⚖️
YOU MUST
🟡 CONTACT ME FOR COMMERCIAL USE & LICENSING
- For any use in commercial projects (games, merch, visual novels, etc.), please contact me first for permission or a commercial license.
🟡 BE 18 OR OLDER
- 18+ only. Avatars with SPS should only be bought by individuals that er 18 or older. These avatars may include optional adult features. By purchasing a model with 18+ features, you confirm you are 18 or older.
You Cannot
❌ FILE SHARE
- Do not share, redistribute, or leak files. Only the original purchaser may use the avatar and related files.
❌ DO PUBLIC UPLOADS
- Not allowed, these avatars are for private upload use only.
❌ REUSE HEAD/BODY EDITS
- Any resculpts or edits I have made to a head or body included with my avatars may NOT be reused, redistributed, or applied to other avatars or projects without my explicit permission.
YOU CAN
✅ CUSTOMIZE AND EDIT
- The model can be edited and customized freely for personal use.
✅ USE AND EDIT ASSETS/PARTS
- You may use and edit assets I’ve created from my models on other avatars, as long as you provide proper credit and a link to the original asset.
✅ USE FOR STREAMING & CONTENT
- You may use the avatar for personal content such as Twitch streams, YouTube videos, etc.
Assets ⚖️
YOU MUST
🟡 PROVIDE CREDIT
- You must credit me and link to the original asset when used in free, Nitro, or paid creations
🟡 HAVE THE NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE
- You acknowledge that you have the necessary knowledge to import, set up, and use these assets properly.
YOU CANNOT
❌ RESALE AS-IS.
- You may NOT resell, share, or redistribute the asset files in any form, whether original, modified, or heavily edited
❌ CLAMING OWNERSHIP
- You are not allowed to claim these assets as your own, regardless of how much they have been changed or incorporated into other works
❌USE MY ASSETS ON UNAPPROVED PLATFORMS
- For VRChat, ChilloutVR, and NeosVR only. Use in other games like IMVU, Second Life, Roblox, or FFXIV is not permitted
YOU CAN
✅ EDIT.
- You may edit and modify the asset, but if redistributed (free or paid), you must link back to the original source
✅ USE FOR PRIVATE/PUBLIC AVATARS
- Credit is appreciated but not required for private or public in-game avatars that are not being distributed
Commissions & Edits
When using my products in a commission:
- Both the client (who wants to commission the work) and the artist (who does the commissioned work) must each hold a valid license for the original product
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files are downloaded. Refunds may only be considered in legitimate cases (e.g., duplicate purchase or file corruption). If you believe you qualify for a refund, please open a ticket in my Discord server to discuss it.

- Uploads are currently $5 USD

I don’t generally offer direct discounts. However, from time to time, special sales or discount codes may be shared on my Discord server. If you’re dealing with extra taxes at the end of your purchase or have a genuine reason, feel free to join my Discord and open a ticket. I’m happy to chat and see what we can work out.
