You are required to fill out your correct information when checking out a product.

This includes paid and free products.

If you DO NOT put your correct information you are in violation of my t.o.s

Q. What if I don't have a discord account?

A. Please put "I don't have a discord account" at checkout

Q. What if I don't have a vrchat account?

A. My products are to be used primarily for VRCHAT use. There should be no reason for you not having a vrchat account.

I do check the checkout information on a regular basis.

If you have not put any information at checkout and instead filled it with " . " or "no" (etc), it is a violation of my t.o.s and will lead to your download credits being revoked, and if done again, your account being blocked from my shop.

There are no exceptions.

You may use all assets for commercial /personal / and public avatars unless stated in their own t.o.s on their page.

Please ask before using for free / nitro avis, ty.

You are NOT allowed to RESELL, nor REDISTRIBUTE my assets in their original /edited state, (File sharing.) With others who do not own said asset.

You are NOT allowed to take my assets off another person's model and reuse them for yourself.

Do NOT remove my socials, or tag / claim on this product (if theres any)

You are allowed to edit the textures however you please, just credit me for the asset.

You are allowed to use this product for places other than VrChat as a personal use.

Be sure to credit me with a link back to the product for commercial use

ex. >> {asset name} by "cvddlethief // CvddlesCvbby"

You are NOT allowed to make my avatars public unless they are sfw with the mesh cut / or in the case I have given you permission to.

You are NOT allowed to RESELL, nor REDISTRIBUTE my avatars.

You are NOT allowed to take parts / assets from my avatars and reuse them for yourself.

You MUST buy the original assets from the original creators.

Do NOT remove my socials, or tag / claim on any of my avatars on their menus.

You are allowed to edit my avatars, however do not claim my avatar as your own (you can claim your edit, just not the avi).

You are allowed to use my avatars for streaming / video purposes as long as you credit me for the avatar

ex. >> {avi name} by " CvddlesCvbby // CvddleThief " either or is fine, ty!!

Ask me before commissioning someone to edit her for you. They must own the avatar in order to edit / upload for you. [Have their own personal license]
