By purchasing, commissioning, or using any content I (Cyntesso) create—including VRChat avatars, worlds, pacifiers, sippy cups, and bottles—you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Introduction

This Terms of Service applies to all digital creations I offer or sell. By purchasing, downloading, commissioning, or using my content, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

2. Ownership & Licensing

Ownership: All content remains my intellectual property. You are purchasing a license to use it, not ownership of the files.
License Type: You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content in VRChat only.
Restrictions:
You may not resell, share, redistribute, or claim the content as your own.
Commercial use is not permitted without my explicit, written permission.

3. Customization & Modding

Modification Permission: Customization may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me before making any modifications.
Attribution: If you modify my work, you must credit me as the original creator: “Created by Cyntesso.”

4. Refunds & Cancellations (General)

Digital Product Policy: No refunds are given for digital products.
Commissions:
Once I’ve started, partial refunds are possible depending on the progress.
No refunds are offered for completed commissions.
If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund.

5. Usage Guidelines

Positive & Respectful Use: My creations are meant for creative, respectful use within VRChat.
Prohibited Uses Include:
Any harmful, illegal, or offensive behavior
Hate speech, harassment, or exploitation
Any NSFW or adult use (especially with Agere / Little Space content)
Redistribution or reselling, even if modified
Use outside VRChat unless approved

6. AGERE (Age Regression) Content Terms

SFW Only: All AGERE content is strictly Safe for Work. It is meant for wholesome, non-sexual, self-care, and coping contexts only.
Inappropriate Use is Forbidden:
No fetish, NSFW, or adult use under any circumstances.
Misuse will result in termination of your license.
Community Respect: I expect all users to contribute positively and respectfully within the AGERE space.
Custom AGERE Requests: Commissions must align with these terms. I reserve the right to decline any requests that violate them.

7. Credits & Attribution

When showcasing your VRChat avatar, world, or accessories publicly (e.g., social media, streams, showcases), please give proper credit.

Example: “Avatar by Cyntesso.”

8. VRChat Avatar Upload Agreement

If I upload an avatar to your account:

You grant me temporary access for the sole purpose of uploading the avatar.
I will not:
Access any other part of your account
Modify settings, friends lists, or messages
Store or share your credentials
I will log out immediately after upload.
Any misuse will make me liable only for what’s related to the upload process.

9. Updates & Revisions

Content Updates: I may release updates or improvements to my content. If it affects your purchase, I’ll try to notify you.
TOS Updates: These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of my content implies agreement with the latest version.

10. Support & Troubleshooting

General Support: If you have questions or run into issues, you can reach me on Discord or Gmail.
Bug Fixes: Report bugs through my Discord server, and I’ll do my best to resolve them promptly.

11. Termination of License

Violation Consequences:
If you break these terms (e.g., redistributing files, misuse of AGERE content), I reserve the right to revoke your license.
Ban from Future Services: Misuse may result in being banned from purchasing or using any of my future content.

12. Payment & Pricing

Full Payment Required: All commissions and custom work must be paid in full before work begins.
Complexity Fees: Prices listed are base rates. Additional charges may apply for complex requests. These will always be communicated clearly before any work begins.
