BY MAKING A PURCHASE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS

AVATAR TERMS OF SERVICE:

• You agree that you have basic unity knowledge and know how to upload and/or have a way of uploading the purchased avatar.

• You understand that all payments are final as you are receiving a DIGITAL pre-made product.

• You will not redistribute the avatar package to anyone - All purchased are single use and can only be used and uploaded on one account.

• Failure to include your Discord Tag & In-game Name in your purchase will remove your Commercial license from said product.

• You can NOT take any parts off said avatar and will purchase them from the original creators if you wish to use them

• All of my custom textures & head edits are NOT to be taken and used on any other creation - You can NOT use them for personal OR commercial use.

• Commercial usage is permitted ONLY for Streaming & Recording videos. however you are agreeing that you will credit said avatar back to me if used for a commercial project.

• I am not responsible for any future unity updates that may break packages.

• I am not responsible for any breakages that happen during your own editing process.
