Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following items and services are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Tarot cards and decks
- Tarot, astrology, and numerology readings
- Candles, sage, and palo santo
All physical items are carefully inspected and packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Digital Products
- Digital books (PDF files) are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase, only if they have not been downloaded.
- Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered final sale and non-refundable.
Please review all listings carefully before making a purchase. If you encounter an issue with your order, contact me within 48 hours so I can assist you promptly.
