AVATARS, ASSETS & REFUNDS

AVATAR POLICY

• Avatars are for personal use only and can NOT be uploaded public
• You can NOT use parts of my models without buying them from their ORIGINAL creators
• You can NOT resell the avatar
• You are allowed to EDIT your avatar for PERSONAL use
• You can NOT upload an avatar as public
• You can NOT share the package or FBX with anyone else without my approval
• If a future update of VRChat breaks my avatar I am not responsible to fix it
• Your license is considered INVALID if you do not provide me with your discord/VRC name
• Please make sure to have a basic understanding of unity. Join my discord for anything relating to the package itself

ASSET POLICY

• You can NOT resell any assets on their own - only on finished products
• You must PUBLICLY credit me for any assets used commercially with a link
• Your license is considered INVALID if you do not provide me with your discord/VRC name

REFUND POLICY

• REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IN CASES WHERE THE ITEM(S) HAS NOT BEEN DOWNLOADED
• Disputes WILL be fought if the item has been downloaded
• Please contact me via discord to discuss refunds
