Because digital files are delivered immediately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refund requests after delivery.

If your file is missing, defective, or materially different from its description, email hello@designsbydarowan.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We’ll try to fix or replace the file. If we can’t resolve the issue, we’ll offer a refund to your original payment method.
