Refund Policy

All Sales Final - No Refunds on Digital Products


Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products (including, but not limited to, e-books, software, downloadable files, and online courses), which cannot be returned once access is granted or the product is downloaded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or merchandise credits for any digital product purchases.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy.

If Client cancels this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, Client is not entitled to any refund of any amounts previously paid to DevanCecilia Coaching, including the Retainer.


Exceptions

We are legally required to provide a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if the digital product is defective, is not as described, or does not meet an implied warranty of merchantable quality or fitness for purpose. If you believe your product falls under one of these exceptions, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase via email at devan@devanceciliacoaching and provide proof of the defect or misrepresentation. 


DevanCecilia Coaching may provide a refund in limited cases where it deems, in its sole discretion, to be appropriate and in an amount to be determined by DevanCecilia Coaching on a case-by-case basis.
