Terms of Purchase & License Agreement

These Terms apply to Before You File: A Divorce Consultation Preparation Kit and Beyond the Courtroom: A Divorce Attorney's Guide to Starting Over (each, a "Product"), sold by Digishopzz by AR Hope ("Seller," "we," or "us") through the Digishopzz store on Payhip. By purchasing, downloading, or accessing a Product, you (the "Buyer" or "you") agree to these Terms of Purchase & License Agreement (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.
1. Intellectual Property and Limited License
Ownership. All materials, text, worksheets, templates, and layout designs in each Product are the intellectual property of Seller and its creator, A.R. Hope. All rights are reserved.
Your license. When you purchase a Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, single-user license to download, view, print, and use that Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
What you may do. You may read a Product on your own devices and print it for your own use. Where a Product includes worksheets, you may fill them in, type into any editable version, and print as many copies of the worksheet pages as you need for your own preparation.
What you may not do. You may not share, sell, resell, redistribute, loan, lease, sublicense, or give away a Product or any part of it, including to family, friends, colleagues, or clients. You may not copy, adapt, or reverse-engineer a Product to create products for sale or public distribution.
2. No Legal Advice and No Attorney-Client Relationship
Educational content only. Each Product offers general educational information and organizational tools. It does not account for your specific facts, assets, or the laws of your state, and it is not legal advice, legal forms, or a filing packet.
Not therapy or counseling. Beyond the Courtroom discusses emotional and spiritual recovery after divorce. It is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. If you need mental health support, please contact a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services.
No professional relationship. The creator of the Products is an attorney licensed in the State of Texas. However, Seller is not a law firm. Your purchase and use of a Product do not create an attorney-client relationship, a fiduciary duty, or a duty of care between you and Seller or its creator.
No confidentiality. Messages, support requests, or other communications you send through the Digishopzz store, Payhip, email, or social media are not confidential, not secure, and not protected by attorney-client privilege. Do not send details about your legal situation.
3. Refunds
Because each Product is a digital download delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final and refunds are not offered. If you have trouble downloading or opening your file, contact us through the Digishopzz store on Payhip and we will help you get access.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
As-is. The Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
No guaranteed outcomes. Seller does not guarantee that using a Product will lead to any particular legal, financial, or personal outcome, lower legal fees, or a faster or smoother process. Family laws vary by state and change over time. You are responsible for confirming how your situation is handled with an attorney licensed where you live.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller, its owners, creator, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, a Product. In all cases, Seller's total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product at issue.
5. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
6. General Terms
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that purchase.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Seller about the Products.
