One of the things I wanted to talk about today was how I was forced to put down the cupcakes and pick up the fruit instead. It’s important to understand your body and what makes it thrive. For me, it's fruits and mainly spinach (lol), but you get my point. I’m a sweets girl! And I found myself always tired, which is no good for a serial entrepreneur with big goals and many tasks. I hate energy drinks and I am not a coffee drinker, so what did I do to give me energy? I want to share a list of fruits that give me natural energy to push through my days and get my tasks done.🍇🍓🍌
