I hope this publication inspires you to try tasty new things in your kitchen. I hope it also inspires hope! 

Since we are the lucky ones with access to markets and supermarkets, to ingredients and safe kitchens - LET'S COOK! Try these recipes, share the food with friends and family and then we share 100% of all funds raised through this publication with families in Gaza. 

This is not a cookbook nor it is a curated artist book - it is something better! A collection of recipes from THE HEARTS and family keepsakes of creators from different cultural backgrounds, different age groups, different experiences all united by the urge to come together as a community and help Palestinians who are forced to live in inhumane conditions and injustice.

Said Mansour - a volunteer nurse from surgical and emergency department, displaced from Rafah, who delivers direct aid to children, elderly and wounded people in Gaza inside and outside of hospitals.

Isabel Furie - an advocate for 15+ families across Gaza strip with small children and babies. We will be donating to her general fund for Gaza relief which takes care of water and flour distribution. 

Both Said and Isabel are part of the help chain, tirelessly working to help children and families with young children in Gaza, with extra focus on malnourished and disabled children from Said’s side.
