The Things I Say to My Guides That Would Sound Absolutely Unhinged Out of Context

A small glimpse into the very real, very ridiculous conversations I have with my spiritual team on a regular basis — and why I actually think they’re one of the healthiest parts of my life.

There are things I say out loud on a daily basis that, if overheard by the wrong person, would immediately raise questions.

Not philosophical questions. Medical ones.

For example:

“Hey, I know I agreed to a lot of stuff before I incarnated, but I’m formally withdrawing from any remaining ‘character-building’ experiences.”

“Also, I’m done overachieving. Spiritually and otherwise.”

“And if this lesson requires pain, we’re going to need to renegotiate the terms.”

I say these things calmly. Casually. Like I’m talking to coworkers.

Which, I guess… I am.

I don’t experience my spiritual team as distant, formal, or ceremonial. They’re more like:

• slightly amused

• endlessly patient

• occasionally concerned

• very aware I’m dramatic

Most of our conversations sound less like prayers and more like negotiations. Sometimes calm negotiations. Sometimes… raised-voice negotiations.

Because yes — I occasionally yell at my spiritual team.

The archangels that surround me.

My galactic star families — Arcadians, Andromedans, Sirians, Pleiadians, Orion beings, and more.

Not in an angry way (mostly). More in a very direct, very human:

“Okay, we need to talk.”

Some recent highlights:

“Why am I exhausted if I’m supposedly ‘aligned’?”

“Who exactly decided growth had to feel like this?”

“I understand evolution, but I’d like to unsubscribe from the deluxe suffering package.”

“Please stop assuming I want to be strong. I would like to be functional.”

And occasionally:

“Respectfully… which one of you signed me up for this?”

“Because I would like a refund.”

To be clear, I’m not yelling because I don’t trust them.

I’m yelling because I trust them enough to be real.

I trust that they know I’m human.

I trust that they know I’m tired.

I trust that they’re not offended by my personality.

If anything, they seem okay with my attitude.

I think a lot of people assume spiritual communication looks like:

Soft music. Sacred language. Perfect posture. Zero sarcasm.

Sometimes, sure.

Other times it looks like me standing in my kitchen, holding coffee, saying:

Can we be clear about what we’re doing today because I do not have extra bandwidth for mystery.”

And somehow… it still works.

The deeper truth underneath the humor:

I don’t outsource my power to my guides.

I collaborate with them.

I question.

I push back.

I renegotiate.

I set boundaries.

Not because I’m rebellious.

But because I’m sovereign.

I actually think this is one of the biggest shifts in spiritual maturity:

Moving from

“please tell me what to do” to “let’s have a conversation.”

Moving from hierarchy to relationship.

Moving from performance to partnership.

Spirituality, for me, isn’t quiet perfection.

It’s relationship.

Sometimes sacred.

Sometimes sarcastic.

Sometimes me talking loudly into the void while surrounded by celestial beings who already know exactly what I’m about to say.

💛 Final Note

If you’ve ever talked to your guides, angels, higher self, or the universe in a way that doesn’t sound Instagram-approved…

You’re not doing it wrong.

You’re probably doing it in a way that’s real.

And real tends to work better.

If you’re craving a consistent space to explore this kind of grounded, sovereign, real-life spirituality — the kind that doesn’t require you to be polished or perfect — I hold a private collective for women who want to walk this path together.

You’re welcome there when you feel the nudge.
