~Processing time for all digital photos is 1-2 business days. This excludes Saturdays and holidays.

🎀 Physical iPad Cases 🎀

~Processing time for all physical cases is 2-4 weeks through Amazon. Rush orders are unavailable, so please place orders 2-4 weeks before you need them.

🎀 Junk Cases 🎀

~Processing time for all junk cases is 1-2 weeks.

Rush orders are unavailable, so please place your orders 1-2 weeks before you need them.

🎀 Accessories 🎀

~Processing time for all accessories is 1-2 business days. This excludes Saturdays and holidays.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders include your name, YOUR own photos, custom wording and your own color scheme.

Photos and colors CANNOT be changed on pre-made digital products. Only your photos can be added in frames.

If you want a design of YOUR OWN, please submit the photos to me on Instagram along with a detailed description of what you want done and we will go from there.

Payments for custom designs are accepted via PayPal and Cash App and must be completed within 1 hour otherwise your order will be cancelled. I will not waste your time so please do not waste mine.

SHIPPING

Shipping for all physical products will usually take 3-5 business days depending on where the order is being shipped.

All orders are shipped through USPS and can be tracked through the tracking number you will receive to your email or phone #.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to time and effort,

All sales are final.

Full refunds are only available for cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order containing a physical product and must be handled through me.

If cancellations are requested after 24 hours of placing your order, you will be given a partial refund of half your order subtotal.
