Patricia Pizzo-Stanford, Course Creator
A long, long time ago... Patricia Pizzo- Stanford got involved in a fledgling field called "wellness".
With a background in Social Work, Patricia went to work for a corporate wellness company that specialized in smoking cessation. In 2003, when the Smoke Free Air act was enacted in New York City, her classes became popular with corporations and hospitals in the New York City area. As a former smoker, she connected well with the clients and word quickly spread of her success.
After a few years, she started her own wellness company- the Stanford Method. She later began expanding her seminars into the realms of stress management and healthy eating.
Although she no longer teaches full-time, she is now focusing attention on bringing her knowledge to the on-line community. Patricia is still passionate about helping those that are longing to live healthier, happier and more successful lives.
