To keep students interested in learning it is important to plan fun activities. While partaking in these fun activities, children can build reading and math skills, and learn about social studies and even science. March tends to be a long month in school, especially if there is no Easter break so we should keep students busy with lots of fun learning activities.
St. Patrick's Day
St. Patrick's Day is celebrated all over the world. Students love making shamrocks, collecting coins and learning about leprechauns. Take a look at this complete resource with reading, math, and science activities, as well as history on St. Patrick's Day and Ireland.
