Because Earth Press juices are fresh, refrigerated, and made to order, all sales are generally final once preparation has begun.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before preparation begins. Once your order is being prepared, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact Earth Press Juice Co. as soon as possible after delivery. Photos may be requested so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Missed Deliveries: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive refrigerated products. Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, no access to the delivery location, or an unavailable customer may not qualify for a refund.

Delivery Area: Orders placed outside our approved local delivery area may be canceled and refunded.
