Window Meditation Script

Hello Beautiful soul 🌿


I have a collaborated channeled visualization and message from Divine 🌿 I hope this meditation finds you well and assists in your journey of healing. 


Please find a quiet and safe space to close eyes and follow along.


*Meditation Start 

Now I want you to take a deep breath in through nose and slowly exhale out your mouth releasing any tension held on the body. 


Now ask yourself , how would it feel if you woke up and all worries were gone?

What feelings come up?

How does it feel in your body ? 


 (Pause breath )


Then imagine your looking out the window 🪟 in all your worries awaits in peaks view in the distant. 

Now close the curtains take a breathe in and when you breathe out your memory is gone. 

Now take a step back from the window into whatever room your in and look at the door and state to yourself “when I walk through this door way no longer am I tied to my worries they may await but arrives in due time. 


I now choose to be me, feeling my desired emotions purely in the present moment. 


Doing only what brings me pure joy, comfort, and understanding to my needs , my wants for the next 20 minutes .


Doing only what My body needs and desires not for tomorrow , not for today but for right now . 


Just for right now “

Answer Body Needs


Take a deep breath in nose and out mouth and slowly open eyes and adjust. 


Allow next 20 minutes to be directed by what was reveled in meditation.


Use visualization daily and allow 20 minutes a day to answer body’s call and create happiness and carefree life you desire.


Rewards Of Being


Calming anxiety calms the mind separating yourself from your current physical situation in a manner that does not bring delusion but control.


Not attempting to control the unknown but limiting the need or attachment to the desired outcome to take place in any situation. 


Now take a stand for peace internally , it to starts within and spreads outward.

 

This corner of happiness , love and comfort you bring yourself each and everyday is a gift that should not be taken lightly. 


It is simply negligence to not give yourself  what your desire simply for being. 


We have sparing moments in life that involve joy and yet we run to solve problems , be fearless or fight the good fight. 


What is it all for if not to be a protective barrier, its not to separate you from the outside world but to show you create your reality.


How you fit into what is given is key. You choose how show up , how to respond.


You get to choose to be who you want to be no matter who or what is outside the window awaiting in the distant. 


You can’t control what awaits you, but you can control you. 


How you respond and change what stays in eyes view.


The Magic in Life is Choice. 


I choose too be free no matter what assigns itself to me. 


Or I choose to swayed by external factors meant to cause harm, growth, distraction,connection to your journey. 


It is simply all connected.
