The Wayward Thinker

The path of the wayward

The higher we soar, the smaller we seem to those who cannot fly,"

 -Friedrich Nietzsche

Soaring to Success

Soaring high is to be the person who lets growth be the vehicle of success. Soaring High means fully embracing the differences in your thinking, attitudes and creativity. Soaring high means creating your own values and letting go of societal rules even if criticism is thrown. This creation may come with its trials.

Succeeding Can Be A Bitch

When you choose to evolve and let yourself grow, this fuels elevation. Reaching new heights may be met with disappointment and judgement from others. Not everyone will like, understand or appreciate the journey and that is okay. For some people change requires more than they are wanting or willing to give. Seeing growth as a distant dangerous concept rather than a goal. This can cause conflict in communication within family, relationships and or friendships bringing criticism and misunderstanding for those who fly to what they want.

Chronicles of the wayward

The Chronicles of the Wayward

With this understanding knowing that not everyone will see your vision even if you drew it on a whiteboard, digitized it or sent it by a carrier pigeon. Loneliness can come into the journey of self exploration. Creating a new path means leaning into the uncomfortable. Creating what you have not before is a process of willpower and self determination. Going for what you truly desire requires clear and joyous awareness of the present moment.

Joyful awareness of the present moment is to leave who you were and habits of that person behind. When the focus is on the present moment you get to contribute to your personal abilities. This is taking advantage of what each moment truly has to offer. Highlighting the present makes way for observation of personal growth. To observe is to be and to be is to Know.

Growth or destruction

Be attached to the pursuit of truth, not the truth itself, because truth is not something rigid that you can hold on to, truth is an ever-evolving force."

- Abhijit Naskar

Braving Through The Truth of The Matter

The journey of self development comes at the cost of letting go of what others think. No matter the role or importance an individual plays in your life. Identifying the dissonance within is the first step into exploring existing truths. Not explaining it away but rather actively changing it requires bravery and commitment to self for the greater good. Creating a safe and thriving environment for you to understand the evolving truths within is necessary.

Examining people, places ,ideas and actions through the lenses of growth, stagnation or depletion is key in fostering a safe and conducive environment. Everyone’s journey is different and for some your journey may look erratic ,unpredictable maybe even rebellious. Straying away from established truths that feel unsafe, unhinged or controlling is radical. Deviating from the norms of family, community and society brings about a freedom. Deciding your truths no matter what country, religion, community or family you were born into is to separate from the expected.

Embrace The You of It All

To self determine is to be human and to be human is to embrace the unknown. To embrace the unknown you must leave what was and move into what is. When you embrace the unknown you embrace you. When you truly embrace you embrace the tribe. When you embrace the tribe you embrace the truth. Not just the established truths but the many truths we keep.

And to know the truths of what is, is to be enlightened. And to be enlightened is to truly be you.

And I say to anyone keeping you from being you and is no friend but foe.
