Hi, I’m Evangelist Capri Davis, founder of Eden Wellness Life.

After being led by God to step away from my nursing career in 2020, I began teaching health and wellness through live virtual classes. What started as a step of obedience has grown into a calling to help others manage stress, nourish their bodies, and grow closer to God—experiencing true healing in mind, body, and spirit.

Through these classes, I’ve had the honor of witnessing powerful transformations. Many have shared how they’ve been able to reduce stress, develop healthier eating habits, improve sleep, restore their energy, and deepen their relationship with God.

You’ll also experience spa-style relaxation techniques such as guided breathing exercises, gentle movement, and simple stress relief practices to help your body unwind and reset.

My approach blends biblical principles with practical lifestyle habits, helping you understand how stress and daily choices impact your body—and giving you simple, effective steps you can apply right away.
