IMPORTANT:

Below, there are 5 different splits. That is because I change my split whenever I feel that my muscle growth/strength seems to plateau (every 5-ish months). So, I decided to create a bundle deal for all splits.


*Splits are listed in the order I created them*

  • Splits #1-4 are 6 days a week
  • Split #5 is 4-7 days a week


Clearly, these programs have worked for me and my clients (shown in the previous page), but since I created these workouts throughout my lifting career, they might not be the most optimal (according to social media standards).
