Hello, I'm Emma, and I'm thrilled to be on this journey with you!

As a dedicated mother and a midwife for over 20 years, I've had the privilege of supporting countless women through some of the most significant moments of their lives. My experiences in healthcare have deepened my understanding of the unique challenges women face, especially when it comes to maintaining their health and well-being.

Now, I've branched out into the field of nutrition and weight loss coaching. I have completed a nutrition and weight loss coaching diploma. My mission is to motivate, encourage, and support women in their quest to lose weight, feel confident, and embrace a healthier lifestyle.

Since turning 40, losing weight often felt like an uphill battle. Hormonal changes, busy schedules, and years of dieting made sustainable weight loss seem elusive. As a busy woman, I know how stress and shift work can create significant blocks to finding the right way to health and wellness.
