1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and purchase of digital products offered under the Empowered Millions brand (“Empowered Millions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including through our website, Payhip product pages, checkout pages, download pages, and related services.

By visiting our website, placing an order, selecting a required agreement checkbox, accessing a download, or using a purchased product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Digital Product Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase or access the digital content.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority where you live to make a purchase. If you are under the applicable age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is truthful, current, and complete and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Empowered Millions publishes and sells educational digital products, including downloadable eBooks covering stock-market fundamentals, day trading, candlesticks, price action, market structure, chart patterns, trading psychology, and risk management.

Products are delivered electronically. No physical book or other physical product will be shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Product descriptions, formats, included files, prices, and availability may be updated before purchase. Your purchase includes only the materials specifically identified on the applicable product page at the time of your order.

1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

All Empowered Millions products and materials are provided solely for general educational and informational purposes.

Nothing provided through our books, website, illustrations, charts, examples, emails, or related materials constitutes personalized financial, investment, brokerage, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

Purchasing or using our products does not create an adviser-client, broker-client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, joint-venture, or agency relationship between you and Empowered Millions, Jay Gray, or any contributor.

You are responsible for evaluating information independently and obtaining advice from appropriately licensed professionals when necessary.

1. TRADING AND INVESTMENT RISK

Day trading, investing, and other financial-market activities involve substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you choose to risk.

Historical examples, educational trade breakdowns, hypothetical scenarios, simulated charts, technical patterns, and discussions of potential entries or exits do not guarantee future performance. Market conditions can change rapidly, and no strategy, setup, indicator, candlestick, pattern, or risk-management method eliminates the possibility of loss.

We do not promise earnings, profits, financial independence, trading success, or any particular result. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions, trading activity, account selection, risk limits, and compliance with applicable laws and broker requirements.

Readers should consider practicing in a simulated environment and obtaining independent professional guidance before risking real capital.

1. ORDERS, PRICES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed during checkout. Unless stated otherwise, current United States prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Payhip and Stripe. We do not directly store complete card numbers or banking credentials.

You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the total amount displayed at checkout, including any legally required sales tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax, or similar charge.

An order is not complete until payment has been successfully authorized and the checkout provider confirms the transaction. We may decline or cancel an order involving a failed payment, suspected fraud, technical error, pricing error, unauthorized transaction, prohibited location, or violation of these Terms.

1. ELECTRONIC DELIVERY

After a successful purchase, the customer should receive access to the purchased files through the checkout confirmation page, email receipt, download page, or customer account made available by Payhip.

You are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate email address;

• Checking spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders;

• Maintaining access to the email account used for the purchase;

• Using compatible software and a reliable device;

• Downloading and safely storing your purchased files; and

• Contacting support promptly if delivery fails.

If you do not receive access, contact support@empoweredmillions.com with your name, order email, product purchased, purchase date, and available transaction information. Do not send complete payment-card or bank-account numbers.

We will make reasonable efforts to verify the order and restore access, resend the delivery email, replace a defective file, or otherwise resolve a legitimate delivery problem.

1. PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

A completed purchase grants the original purchaser a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, store, and use the purchased product for personal educational purposes.

The purchase gives you permanent access to your lawfully downloaded copy, subject to these Terms. “Permanent access” does not transfer ownership of the copyright, publishing rights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights.

Unless we provide express written permission, you may not:

• Share, forward, upload, publish, reproduce, or distribute the files;

• Resell, rent, sublicense, transfer, or give away the product;

• Post the product to a website, cloud folder, social platform, file-sharing service, marketplace, group, or public database;

• Remove copyright, authorship, trademark, or proprietary notices;

• Claim the content, graphics, curriculum, or examples as your own;

• Use the material to create a competing book, course, training program, membership, or commercial product;

• Copy substantial portions into another publication or automated system;

• Sell access to a device, account, folder, or platform containing the product; or

• Use the product for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Reasonable quotations may be used only when permitted by applicable copyright law and accompanied by appropriate attribution.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original text, illustrations, diagrams, charts, graphics, covers, branding, arrangement, curriculum, and other materials provided by Empowered Millions are owned by or licensed to Empowered Millions and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

“Empowered Millions,” the Beginner’s Day Trading series branding, and associated designs may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written permission.

Unauthorized copying or distribution may result in termination of access and the pursuit of available legal remedies.

1. REFUND POLICY

Because our products are digital downloads delivered electronically, purchases are generally final once access has been provided or downloading has begun, except where a refund is required by law or allowed under our Digital Product Refund Policy.

The complete Digital Product Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be reviewed before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

1. DIGITAL CONTENT AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Where applicable law provides a cancellation or withdrawal period for digital content, you may be asked during checkout to expressly consent to immediate electronic delivery and acknowledge that beginning delivery, access, or downloading may cause the applicable cancellation or withdrawal right to end.

Any legally required exception will continue to apply. Customers should review the Digital Product Refund Policy and required checkout disclosures before purchasing.

1. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, duplicated, incorrectly processed, or associated with a delivery problem, contact support@empoweredmillions.com promptly so we can investigate.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically establish that a refund is owed. We may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction records, including the product description, delivery confirmation, download or access information, correspondence, and your acceptance of applicable checkout terms.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising rights provided by applicable law or card-network rules.

1. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Provide false information during checkout;

• Use a payment method without authorization;

• Attempt to bypass payment, security, download, or access controls;

• Interfere with the website, checkout, delivery system, or another customer;

• Introduce malware, harmful code, automated scraping, or unauthorized bots;

• Misrepresent your identity or relationship with Empowered Millions;

• Use our content to promote deceptive earnings claims; or

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe a purchase, account, or activity is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or in material violation of these Terms.

1. ACCURACY AND UPDATES

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful educational information. Financial markets, broker features, regulations, technologies, and industry practices may change.

We do not guarantee that every statement will remain current indefinitely or that the materials will be completely free from typographical, technical, or editorial errors.

We may correct errors, update files, revise product descriptions, or discontinue products. Unless expressly promised, a purchase does not guarantee future editions, updates, coaching, personalized support, or additional volumes.

1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website and products may reference or use third-party services, including SiteDrop, Payhip, Stripe, financial exchanges, brokers, charting platforms, or external educational resources.

Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, decisions, fees, outages, or policies.

1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our products, website, and related materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and suitability for any specific trading or financial objective.

We do not warrant that the products will produce a particular educational, financial, or trading result or that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empowered Millions, Jay Gray, and their contributors, contractors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from or related to the website, products, educational content, technical interruptions, customer decisions, trading activity, lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Payment and delivery providers may separately process information under their own privacy policies.

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
