OUR TAROT, ORACLE & LENORMAND DECKS

Order Process

As we offer custom backs for all our tarot decks, each deck is made to order. Once complete your deck(s) will be shipped to you directly by the printer. Please allow 5 - 7 days for processing and production. All orders placed after 4:00 pm EST, or on the weekend or civic holiday, will be processed the next business day.

Shipping

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. If your country is not listed as an option for shipping it means we are unable to provide a tracking number for your order. Please see our Shipping Information for more details and options.

Returns & Exchange

If you are not happy with your deck, please contact me within 7 days for the return address to the Canadian Studio.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and refunds are issued once the item arrives and meets these conditions:

• In original packaging or safely repacked
• No visible signs of use or mishandling

Refunds exclude shipping costs. Please handle your deck carefully until you’re sure it’s perfect for you. Items returned damaged or used may incur a loss in value.

OUR ART & DESIGNS

All artwork, available in many formats, i.e. home decor, apparel etc. bought through my art gallery, is produced and shipped by my fulfillment partner. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it to them within 30 days of the order date. Once received, you’ll receive a full refund for the product price.

Please note: shipping costs (outgoing or return) are only refunded if the item was incorrect or defective..

VINTAGE & RETRO ITEMS

These pieces come with all the charm of their age, so please take a moment to read the description and look through the photos carefully. Because they are one‑of‑a‑kind and pre‑loved, they are not eligible for returns. If you’re unsure about anything, I’m always happy to answer questions before you purchase
