EngineerLaunch was founded by Mallory Carson, an engineering leader with 14+ years of experience across engineering, project and program leadership, hiring, and people management.

These resources are built from real experience—what hiring managers look for, what helps new engineers succeed, and how managers can develop strong, independent contributors.
