Introduction
The sacral chakra is worth studding and experimenting, as it is mostly the one which shows complications when we’ve just started our spiritual journey. In this article, I will try and give tips which some truth seekers would wish they have known earlier in the path. Because so much of what we expect in spirituality, depends on a healthy functionality of the sacral chakra. This post aim to suggest a stable, healthy and quick development of the sacral chakra.
In my earlier post titled the THE ROOT CHAKRA AND HOW IT DEVELOPS', I mentioned that 'the root chakra role is to basically to push us to stay alive, by making us think of the basic needs of live: Money, Food, health, home.' So with the root chakra, nature wants us to stay alive, but with the sacral chakra it wants us to enjoy life. The root and the sacral chakra are great sources of energies without which we would all have left earth few months after birth.
How does the sacral chakra manifests.
The root chakra is the first chakra which begins to work on the child between 1 and 7 years old. That root chakra will fill the child with lots of energies. The child is filled with energies of self survival, the whole life of the little child turns around eating, sleeping, moving (playing), the sense of protection which actually gives him the fear of all sorts of things, ghost, fire, falls, loneliness etc. Then from around 8 years old the child starts experiencing the energies of the sacral chakras more and more.
From 14 years old, the sacral chakra is fully active, and the child is exposed to stronger influences of the state of sacral chakra. The 14 years old human now sees the world a bit differently, as he discovers and experiences pleasures, all sorts of pleasures for which the strongest of all is the sexual pleasure. The energy is stronger than him/her and so the boy/girl is carried, commanded by the sexual pleasure, now the child takes nobody else orders but his/her sexual energies orders. Even his/her own parents struggles to talk him/her out of certain actions. 
. Yeah it is normal, we all know something or two about it, don't we?
The sacral chakra is the answer to the questions: Are you feeling happy or unhappy, in a good mood or bad mood. Do you feel you don't have enough sexual pleasure
Well, the energies of all sorts of pleasures are in our sacral chakra. The strongest energy of pleasures is of Orange color (orange vibrational frequency of the color). The quality of this energy is responsible of our good or bad mood, of our happiness and unhappiness in general. This chakra is on us so we can keep enjoying life, and reproducing ourselves, I mean continuing giving birth. When it is functioning so well, it will make you enjoy everything in life so you never have to think of quitting life (dying). This is another plan of nature to make us stick to life. As in the plan of nature, humanity is expected to evolve and better the quality of life to reach the spiritual type of life and the life of divinities. And so the orange color influences us to look for pleasures and to enjoy ourselves. This is a psychic food for our astral body. Orange empowers our desires and emotions more than any other colors.
Just like with the physical body, our astral body (emotions and desires) may be hungry or have a lack of appetite, or eaten enough to the point you don't feel the necessity of eating any more. When our astral body is hungry, it will provoke the desire to have pleasures, you will instinctively want to do the things which gives you satisfactions, pleasures or joy. You may therefore be tempted to drink that killer beer you had last time , to sleep with that man or woman for whom you remember having had great fun last time, or it will make you want to go out there to look for something which can give you some pleasure. So you should know when your sacral chakra is running out of orange energies, because you will then start to feel bored, you will want to do something to make yourself happy.
It is better not to ignore that feeling, that urge, that warning feeling, but to rather do something to build up some good emotions for your sacral chakra. The best and simple method anyone can use to fill the sacral chakra with orange energy, is to listen to beautiful music. Good music should put you into great emotions, emotions of happiness. It is therefore a very good practice to create a playlist of the music you love the most. List the songs you remember to have set you into good emotions in the past, and listen to some of them at least once a day to ensure that your sacral chakra has gotten some energy.
In fact you can also choose to do any activity which gives you joy, whether it is watching a nice movie, going for a walk by the river, reading a nice inspiring book. Anything which makes you happy. But anyone who can observe this chakra will tell you what a huge stomach it is. You will notice that in general you want more and more pleasure. The moment you were watching the nice movie, you felt good, but soon after the movie, you want more joy feeling and there you go again looking for the next thing to give you more good feelings. That's because the sacral chakra needs a very powerful emotion. Until it is filled, the sacral chakra will keep requiring for more emotional energies.
The only powerful energy which fills the sacral chakra in a complete way is the emotions produced by the sublimated/transmuted sexual energy. That's why the practice of the sexual energy transmutation totally completes you. After such a practice, you won't need any more pleasure for quite some time. I will get back to the sexual energy later in this post.
Know the state of your sacral chakra
The sacral chakra makes sure that we enjoy life, and it warns us when we are not doing anything to enjoy it. When this chakra is ran out of petrol (orange energy), it makes you feel bored, nothing interests you anymore, you lose interests in your job, your loving partner, your daily activities, even your spiritual studies, everything. You may even feel like wanting to just die, to end your life.
Yes many cases of suicide comes from a malfunctioning of this chackra, I mean that is when it is running low, when there is not enough good quality of orange energies. When you feel that life has become bitter, when you feel like nothing interest you no more, know that it is your sacral chakra the problem. Stimulate it a bit with the orange color energy, and you will soon be back on your feet. Don't let it run out of energy to avoid all the bitterness feeling of life.
When this chakra is working correctly, you feel happy, you are joyful, you are easy to laugh, easy to take a joke, and bad criticism don't put you down easily. You are so filled with orange that all the bad emotions people may have on you at school, in your work place, at home or anywhere else don't affect you much. You don't feel the need to go out there to get more pleasure because you are already filled.
However if it happens to run too fast, it pushes the person to wanting to have more pleasure than needed. This is what has pushed some people to an excess of libido (a libido way out of the ordinary), to raping, to pedophilia, to an abusive relationships, to all sorts of related crimes. But you understand also that the solution to such problems is still the sacral chakra. By balancing the orange energy in you, everything comes back to normal.
All those emotions we have daily are seen as colors in our aura by the clairvoyant. When for example we get angry, a dark red is shows in our aura ( telling the state of our astral body), if you feel joy, peace, happy, then a clear orange shows in your aura. If you become jealous a dark green shows in your aura. It is therefore important to note that all emotions are different types of energies.
You can provoke an emotion by exposing yourself to the corresponding color. For example, if you want to provoke the feeling of security and courage, you can lighten red lamps or simply visualize that you are in a room of red colors, imagine that your whole body is red. But if you want to awake great emotion of joy or pleasures, you will use orange. Another method which produces those colors of energy for long term results, is the practice of virtues. Virtues, moral qualities are beautiful colors. I will elaborate a little more about virtues in my next post about the 'DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLEXUS SOLAR'.
Sacral chakra energy regenerates, gives life and drives life
The sacral chakra plays a fundamental role in all humans life. Its energy drives us. Many of our decisions and choices turn around our desires and emotions We go towards the things we like, we fight or run away from the things we don't like. The foundation of our life is love. Happiness and unhappiness are nothing but two different manifestations of LOVE. Happiness is Love and unhappiness is lack of LOVE. If we all want to feel happy, then we all want LOVE.
Think about it for second, everything we do in life is so we may get to experience happiness. We go to work so we may get money to satisfy ourselves, to feel good. We make love or drink or smoke so we can feel good. We pray, meditate or do any activity for the same core reason : Happiness, Love. The religious person prays so that God can satisfy his/her desires; through that satisfaction we feel Love. The mystic meditates so he/she can provoke a spiritual state of peace and joy. That happiness we are all looking for in different directions is nothing but different versions of the same thing 'LOVE'. And complete love is actually what we may call God, the universal energy, the nature supra consciousness or whatever you may prefer to call it.
Because God is happiness, some look for God in beer, some others in sex, some others in meditations, or in prayers etc. Because all those things give some kind of happiness, then we may say that God is in all those things. Yes God is in the alcohol, in the sex, in drugs, in all joyful activities. But the fact that the pleasure we get in those things doesn't last long, is enough proof that it is not a perfect pleasure, it is not true happiness, therefore it is not God entirely. God is rather in the most permanent and strongest joy.
Now notice that most pleasures we experience in our lives are either weak or short, or both (weak and short). Of all emotions and desires, the sexual pleasure is the closest to the universal energy in terms of its strength. that's because there is no stronger force on earth than the sexual energy.
The sexual Energy
Now because everybody wants to feel a bit of God (happiness), the closest we can get is the sexual feelings through what is commonly called orgasm. The sexual pleasure is indeed the strongest pleasure we can find around, but in terms of duration (how long it lasts), it is still far from being a permanent pleasure. For lasting only few seconds for most humans. Although some initiates have come to make that pleasure last beyond ordinary time, through a process called sexual energy transmutation. The pleasure has turned into what should be fairly called SPIRITUAL JOY, ecstasy.
The initiates studied the sexual energy and experimented around it to see if it was possible to get any further, closer to God from the sexual energy. They found out that it is actually possible to stretch the duration of orgasm in order to build a close to more permanent and strongest possible energy. The initiate teaches that the sexual energy doesn't only create life on earth, but it also creates lives in the invisible worlds. That same original energy which created invisible creatures, created and develops all of our invisible bodies ( astral body, mental body etc.). Yes Love energy is the foundation.
The initiates use this energy to give life to their invisible bodies. You will probably question how? well, Instead of wasting the sexual energy through ejaculations, he/she rather take that sexual energy present in the seminal liquid and move it towards the head. By using some special breathing and visualization Technics, the initiates brings the sexual energy to the head, to be used for a spiritual work. The transmuted energy is technically called the "OJAS", when this latter constantly Waters the head, it begins to give life to the 3rd ear (the throat chakra), the 3rd eye (the before last chakra) and the 3rd mouth (the crown chakra). This change doesn't happen over night, however important changes can already be noticed after few weeks of practice. Glowing eyes, constant body energies, inspirations during meditations, sudden involuntary astral projections during sleep.
It naturally would take billion years to get satisfying results from the chakras of the head. But thanks to the power of the sacral chakra (its strongest energy: the sexual energy), it is possible to achieve in a life time what nature has planed for us in billion years in the future. We may experience an intense spirituality soon, as our spiritual ear opens so we can hear the wisdom of God, and become wise. Our spiritual eye opens so can we can see the beauty of God, to become clairvoyants. And our spiritual mouth opens so we can communicate with the divine and link mankind with the spiritual world with the power of the word.
How does sexual energy builds up?
The sexual energy naturally gets build up in us every few days or weeks. You don't see it, but you can feel it. NO You can't miss it. It manifests as the sexual pleasure. It is so strong and burning that you feel forced to want to let it out. It will push you to either have sexual intercourse or masturbation. It travels together with the seminal liquid in the sex organs of man and woman. So when we let that liquid out, the sexual energy is also out all together. And when it is all out, the sacral chakra empties then you soon are pushed to want to have multiple sex to try and fill the sacral chakra with more strong sexual energies. And goes the circle of filling and quickly emptying the sacral chakra again and again. 
During sex, man and woman build a sexual energy which fills theirs sacral chakra. They fill complete until they waste it all quickly again though ejaculation. Then it won't be long before the couple wants to repeat the experience to try and fill themselves again, as the sacral chakra will be complaining, requesting some strong orange energies. The more we ejaculate, the more we empty and so the more we want sex. However should we learn to contain that liquid, the sexual energy builds up in the sacral chakra. With its power of giving life and regenerating, you will feel and look younger, manifest a great personal magnetism, and a good health, because this orange energy renews your bodies, it actually cures your organs.
In the past, Alchemy talked about 'Elixir of Immortality' to refer to the sexual energy. Because indeed, thanks to the proper use of sexual energy, a human may increase his life span, and may quickly awaken his immortal subtle bodies (causal, boudic and atmic bodies).
What does it mean? It means that ejaculation is the perfect way of loosing the precious orange energy which the sacral chakra needs, and which accelerates the development of the chakras of the head. Notice that I'm talking against the idea of ejaculation, not the sexual intercourse or orgasm; These latter don't waste our sexual energies, and surprisingly they even build our sexual energies highly. Tantric disciples have proven that that orgasm and ejaculation can be separated. This is so that a loving couple can engage into sexual intercourse, and still get the same result as the one who is completely abstaining from sex.
Nowadays, you will find religious people practicing 'Abstinence', not knowing that, that practice is in fact based on the ancient knowledge of the sacral chakra. The core reason for Abstinence practice is so that the person doesn't waste his orange energies through sex, but to rather contain it and move it towards the head. The religious person feels more spiritual as long as he/she kept his sexual energies, because it is true and you might have verified that, once you have wasted that energy, you don't feel like praying or meditating for a quite a while, because you kind of feel ashamed, demotivated, lack of interest in spiritual matters. This is because in that energy is the fuel which fire us towards a more intense spiritual life.
But Please don't misunderstand me. I'm not suggesting to no longer give birth or to not make love any more. Who am I anyway to tell you what you must do with your sexual life. It's none of my business. And let's face it, we are not immortals yet, are we? , besides I might need a human couple in the future to give birth to me in my possible next reincarnation .
What I'm rather suggesting to people who are already into an intense ordinary sex life is an orgasm without ejaculation sex. Is it possible and safe? yes it is. However it is preferable to only waste some sexual energy when we are decided and ready to give birth. Besides, the official science will confirm that it doesn't take all our human seminal liquid to create a human being. And the esoteric science confirms that it doesn't take all of our orange energy to feed our soul. So a bit of orange economy is necessary to boost ones development. This practice is not new but as old as tantra. Your own research will inform you more. I'm just giving you hints.
One could simply join the monks of Asia wearing the orange clothes (to balance the sexual energy) and restricting himself from the world to avoid being tempted from the waste the sexual energy. But I also know it is possible with the knowledge of the orgasm without ejaculation, one can live his/her life among humans and still make as much and even greater process as the monk in the monasteries. It is not compulsory to practice the sexual energy transmutation in his/her spiritual life, as this is a personal decision based on how far and quick you want to move.
One can then simply stick to the normal flow of life. Let nature build up your sexual energy through time (generally in few weeks or so) as long as you engage in some spiritual activities. Understand that if someone learns to constantly meditate properly, he/she can come to accumulate an intense energy equal to the sexual energy vibrations. This is how some religious after having spend a lot of time into prayers have found themselves being tempted to have sex or to masturbate. They complain and say that they are tempted by the devil . Well who else to blame when we consider the sexual energy as a bad thing "God, God, I'm praying to you everyday, why don't you protect me from evil, protect me from the temptations" . Really?
Misconceptions of the sexual intercourse
There are many misconceptions around sexual intercourse. Many spiritualist who are not aware of the sacral chakra demands, and the importance of the sexual energy, think of sex as a really bad thing. As for religious people, this is seen as one of the worse sin, and an act of impurity . Well, if you ask me, I'll tell you based on the esoteric science: I'd say unless one goes and have sex anyhow with anyone, to have a sexual intercourse is not a problem in a spiritual life, and never has been. Ejaculation however has always been is the problem.
But Yet again, if someone is not into the spiritual life, why should he/she abstain from ejaculating. This latter wouldn't know what to do with that strong energy being built up in him/her, if he keeps it, it will end up burning himself. Since he has no higher purpose, that energy will not be transmuted, and it won't reach the head. It is better for ordinary persons to not abstain from ejaculations and live their normal lives.
If some great spiritual masters decided to not get married, it is not because they don't like Women or Men. They have a human side just like ours, but they are so filled with a great amount of orange energy that they don't need women (or men) to help them to generate that energy in them. Plus all the complications involved for being in a relationship is just too much distraction for them since they have the world and the universe complications to better deal with. Some masters however do get married and have children without loosing one bit of their spiritual level. That's because they know how to work with the sexual energy alone or with a partner.
Conclusion
Someone who knows how to feed his sacral chakra with the strongest of energies, which are the sexual energies can accumulate enough orange energies for his sacral chakra. This latter will reveal his true spiritual powers. The orange energy in the sacral chakra purifies and cures our physical body; And vitalize our astral body, so one can astral project consciously during sleep or meditation in order to go learn into the invisible world. This sacral chakra energy increases our body magnetism, therefore the power to cure oneself and others.
The sacral chakra is fed in with the orange energy. This happens every time we are satisfied. Remember that this chakra needs good emotions, otherwise it puts you in all sorts of bad mood, and will make you sick, troubled and frustrated. When this chakra is out of order, you could look horrible, old and unhappy. So as long as you feed yourself with great emotions or satisfies your wish and your promises, and your desires, the orange energy will keep flowing in your chakra.
Although the sexual energy is the only strongest rich energy which can completely satisfy the sacral chakra, we can still build up enough energy to try and equal the sexual energy, by engaging in different constructive activities and spiritual exercises which gives us good feelings; the more good feelings of joy we have through meditations, payers, reading... the more our sacral chakra accumulate the orange energy it needs. Finally . A daily simple practical method is to get into the habit of listening to music at least once a day.
