Evolve Soccer Coaching – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all products, services, and content provided by Evolve Soccer Coaching. By purchasing, accessing, or using any materials, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

2. Ownership & Usage

• All resources (PDFs, session plans, CPD videos, templates) are the intellectual property of Evolve Soccer Coaching (Trevor Casey) unless stated otherwise.
• Materials are strictly for personal or internal club use only.
• Rebranding, reselling, or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing of Zoom recordings, PDF feedback, or session plans beyond your team or club environment is not permitted.
• Licensing for official academy or multi-user access is available by direct agreement.

3. Product Access & Delivery

• Downloads are delivered via Payhip or external links (e.g. Google Drive).
• One purchase = one user. Clubs needing wider access must request a multi-user licence.
• No account creation is required on Payhip. Download links are emailed post-purchase.
• Content access may be revoked without refund for misuse, piracy, or unauthorised sharing.
• Access is not guaranteed after cancellation of a subscription unless otherwise stated.

4. Mentorship & Consultancy Services

• Mentorship is delivered via WhatsApp, Zoom, email, and occasional voice notes.
• Delivery methods and formats:
• Global Tier: group-based, shared PDFs, optional group Zooms.
• Pro Tier: 1:1 Zoom calls, structured PDF feedback, tailored support.
• Club Consultancy: delivered in phases, may include planning frameworks, CPD events, or youth systems.
• Mentorship is flexible and non-calendar based. Coaches submit work, feedback is returned in 3–5 days.
• Consultancy deliverables may include documents such as session plans, event packs, and club frameworks.
• Consultancy may involve a written outline (scope, deliverables, price), but no legal contract unless requested.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

CPD Courses

• Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase and only if content has not been fully accessed or downloaded.

Mentorship Subscriptions

• Mentorship tiers (Light, Global, Pro) are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via your Payhip account to avoid renewal.
• No refunds are given for partial usage or missed interactions.

Zoom Sessions & Missed Appointments

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at Evolve’s discretion.

Consultancy Services

• Blocks are booked in advance. Refunds are not available once any portion of delivery begins (e.g. a draft or meeting).
• If Evolve cancels due to unavoidable circumstances, a new date or partial refund will be offered.

Refund Requests

• All refund/reschedule requests should be sent to:

• Include the product, date, and reason for the request.
• Decisions are final, but goodwill credit or alternatives may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Payment, Billing & Subscriptions

• Payments are securely processed via Payhip, using Stripe and PayPal.
• All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable (collected automatically based on buyer location).
• Subscriptions (e.g. Global/Pro Tiers) are monthly unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current month.
• Plan changes (upgrades/downgrades) must be done manually or by re-subscribing.
• Access to subscription content is revoked when your plan ends.

7. Promotions & Bundles

• Promotional offers (e.g. CPD + Preseason Bundles) are time-limited.
• Discounts do not apply retroactively to past purchases.
• Launch discounts may be available at Evolve’s discretion.

8. Account Access & Fair Use

• Purchasers can access downloads any time via their email link.
• Excessive downloads or suspicious activity may result in a security block or investigation.
• Download logs and access patterns are monitored to prevent piracy.
• Misuse (e.g. reselling, piracy) will result in revoked access without refund, and may involve legal action.

9. GDPR & Data Privacy

• Evolve Soccer Coaching only collects personal data (e.g. name, email) for the purpose of delivering purchases and providing mentorship support.
• Data is processed through Payhip, Google Workspace, and communication platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Zoom), all of which are GDPR-compliant.
• No data is sold or shared with third parties.
• You may request to view, update, or delete your stored data at any time by contacting:

• By using our services, you consent to the storage and processing of your data in line with GDPR and Evolve’s privacy obligations.

10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• All training assumes a base level of player readiness and coaching knowledge.
• Use of coaching content is at your own risk.
• Evolve Soccer Coaching is not liable for injuries or negative outcomes from the use of its content.
• No performance guarantees are made — results depend on your environment, players, and delivery.
• Coaches should consult a medical professional before putting injured players through sessions.
• Evolve does not provide legal, safeguarding, or medical advice.
• All content is provided “as-is” without warranty.

11. Copyright & Protection

• All content is protected by copyright.
• CPDs, templates, frameworks, and PDFs may include watermarking or file-locking.
• Materials may not be used in your own CPD events, resold, or edited for redistribution.
• Clubs may host files privately (e.g. on Google Drive), but may not forward them outside the club or post publicly.
• Pirated or illegally shared content will be subject to takedown notices and possible legal follow-up.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved under Irish jurisdiction.
