Shipping Policy

All Four Kings orders are shipped from Fresno, California.

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Packages are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on weight and destination.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

During holiday seasons or severe weather, USPS delivery times may increase.

Four Kings Seasonings is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or any shipping carrier.

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, all transit times are controlled by USPS.

Shipping Address Policy

Each order can be shipped to only one address.

If you need items delivered to more than one location, please place a separate order for each destination.

We are unable to split one order into multiple shipments.

Any order requesting delivery to multiple addresses will be placed on hold until corrected.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Four Kings Seasonings is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the items or change the shipping address.

Please double check your order before completing checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the product and packaging.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local post office and file a claim if needed.

Refunds and Exchanges

All food products are final sale due to safety and quality standards.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any seasoning blends.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours and include your order number along with photos if applicable.

We will do our best to make it right.

All Four Kings Seasonings products are handcrafted in a home kitchen that may handle common allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and sesame.

Although every effort is made to prevent cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen free.

Please review all ingredients carefully before use.

Slight variations in color, texture, or aroma may occur due to natural ingredients.

This is normal for handcrafted items and does not affect quality.
